Projects

The Tekeyan Centre Fund carries out cultural, educational and social projects. Both the projects and the beneficiaries of the Fund are selected by the Board of Trustees of the Fund as well as by the Project Implementation Committee, appointed by the latter.

NGOs, cultural, educational and sports institutions, as well as individuals are among the beneficiaries of the Tekeyan Centre Fund. Potential beneficiaries submit information regarding their organizations together with project descriptions, according to which the Board carries out the selection.

Since 2010 the Tekeyan Centre Fund has been focusing on schools and schoolchildren and has initiated School Support Program (SSP) which patronizes educational establishments, mainly the five Tekeyan schools in Armenia and Artsakh.

The SSP enables to care for schoolchildren, to develop their intellectual, physical, social wellbeing and to raise the public awareness to school problems.

The TCF’s School Support Program which comprises a large variety of educational, cultural, social and sports projects, encourages the new generation and educate them strengthening their young bodies, souls and minds. The TCF’s traditional school projects which have been carried out annually since 2010 are:

“Free Textbooks for Needy Children”
“School Renovation”

Besides the School Support Program, the Tekeyan Centre Fund realizes various cultural projects, mainly exhibitions.

The Tekeyan Schools, the TCA Armenia as well as many other NGOs and individuals are in the beneficiary list of the Fund.
