TCF Director Armen Tsulikyan, the members of the TCF Project Department met with Beth Stephens, Project Manager of Humanitarian Aid Relief Trust (HART UK) founded by Baroness Cox. Since 2023 TCF and HART London have been collaborating to share resources in joint projects to accomplish a mutual goal.

During the meeting the fifteen-year educational and cultural activity of the TCF was presented. It was also an opportunity to discuss humanitarian initiatives, approaches and strategies of both organisations, as well as to share experiences and to focus mainly on the problems of Artsakh refugees and on ongoing efforts to address their urgent needs. Another essential discussion was about the preservation of intangible cultural heritage of Artsakh.

The sides exchanged ideas and discussed a number of issues of common interest for further cooperation in the humanitarian field, and expressed their readiness to deepen the existing partnership between the two organisations.
