The TCF "Haigashen and Marie Ouzounian" library is being replenished with new literature. Lately more than fifty books of art, history, culture, literature by Diaspora authors, as well as biographies of prominent political and cultural leaders, etc. have been donated to the library by the Tekeyan Cultural Association – Armenia. The collaboration between the TCF and the TCA tends to be periodic and replenishment is expected every quarter.

Another benefactor of the library, Mughni Publishing House headed by Ruzan Petrosyan, has donated more than fifty pieces of books released by the publishing house since 2001. These works mainly cover Armenian culture and history amongst which the works dedicated to the Armenian architecture should be mentioned. These are “The Permanent Tradition of the Armenian Architecture” by Emma Harutyunyan, "Armenian-Italian Architectural Influences" by Varuzhan Agshehirlyan, as well as the English version of the same book, the two volumes of "Armenian-European Architectural Connections & Influences: Revelations of the Influences of Armenian Architecture on the Christian Constructions of Medieval Europe" by V. Agshehirlyan. These works can interest not only architects, but also a wide range of readers.

The majority of the collection donated is historical literature such as “Documents on the History of Armenian Church" (volumes 13, 14, 16), "Diplomacy" by A.Navasardyan, "Historical Archaeological Observations" by K.Matevosyan, etc.

The "East-West" series includes the books "Tumanyan's Children. Ashkhen: Memoirs and Family Stories", "Artavazd Tumanyan. Namakani", "Artavazd Tumanyan" and "Musegh Tumanyan and His Family", based on the archival materials stored at Hovhannes Tumanyan Museum.

"I accuse! Case No. 1.500000" is a collection of documents which reveal the losses that the Armenian people suffered as a result of the extermination policy of the Ottoman Empire.

Among the books donated "Silva Kaputikyan in Our Memories and Thoughts", "Book of Tragedy" by Grigor Narekatsi, "Armenian Bowing Art" by A. Tsitsikyan, are worth mentioning.

The Tekeyan Centre Fund expresses deep appreciation to all the benefactors of "Haigashen and Marie Ouzounian" library for enriching it with valuable publications.
