The 21st Annual General Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tekeyan Centre Fund was held in Yerevan. The TCF Trustees from England, France, Switzerland, Cyprus, Lebanon, and Armenia were attending the AGM.

According to the agenda, TCF Director Armen Tsulikyan presented his report on the Fund’s 2022 activities. The Board discussed a number of proposals in regard to the further plans and strategy of the Fund and its beneficiaries, involving families from Artsakh. Various educational, cultural and humanitarian projects were among the issues discussed.

In connection with the above resolutions were passed and instructions were given to the Fund’s Director. The Board also highlighted a number of financial, legal and other urgent issues and expressed its appreciation to the Chair and the Director of the Fund for running the Fund smoothly and making great efforts in developing Tekeyan Centre as a fund as well as improving its activities.
