21st TCF AGM was held in Cyprus

The 20th annual general meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Tekeyan Centre Fund (TCF) was held in Cyprus. Trustees from England, France, Switzerland, Cyprus, Lebanon, and Armenia attended the meeting. During the meeting, TCF Chairman Vardan Ouzounian and Director Armen Tsulikyan summarized the Fund’s 2021 activities and presented their reports. They also developed the TCF's policy for the next three years and discussed further targets, including educational, cultural, social, and development programmes, especially for Artsakh families. Proposals were made and decisions were taken to increase the Fund’s resources and to expand its programmes. The meeting addressed financial, legal, and other issues. |
By the decision of the TCF Board, Vardan Ouzounian, a prominent philanthropist, holder of the Order of Saint Nerses Shnorhali and the Komitas Medal, was awarded Honorary Life Chairman of the Tekeyan Centre Fund in recognition of his many years of national service and significant contributions. Additionally, Shahe Ouzounian, a well-known businessman and benefactor from the Diaspora, was elected the Chairman of the TCF.
The meeting was preceded by the AGM of the Tekeyan Trust London, the founding member of the TCF.
