An international photo exhibition titled «Portrait» opened at Tekeyan Centre. The exhibition is organised by PhotoPodium.com and supported by the Russian Academy of Art, the Creative Union of Artists of Russia, the Tekeyan Centre Fund and others.

The exhibition features 105 photos by 91 photographers from Armenia, Russia, the USA, Israel, Poland, Estonia and the Ukraine.

Armenia is represented by the famous photographers Armen Yengoyan, Vahan Kochar, Armen Muradkhanyan, Harutyun Khachatryan, Vigen Mnoyan, Gagik Gasparyan, Karina Schmidt, Marianna Meliksetyan, Narek Khechoyan, Norayr Abgaryan, Nerses Matinyan, Tatev Mnatsakanyan, and Edgar Martirosyan.

The collection display includes a wide selection of portraits that tell extraordinary stories of individuality, independence and achievements of various nationalities.

The exhibition was of great interest to art critics, art lovers as well as the participants of «Ari Tun» programme of the RA Ministry of Diaspora.

The exhibition will remain open till August 13, 2018. Admission is free.
