Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees (BT) is the TCF's supreme governing body comprised of its founding members. The BT holds annual meetings, oversees the long-term development and strategic direction of the Fund, while the Chairman, nominated from the BT, and the Director oversee the day-to-day operations.

The Board of Trustees consists of ten members representing Armenia and the Diaspora. Nine of them are appointed by the Tekeyan Trust London (TTL) and one member is a private individual, a citizen of Armenia.
